- Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate and fairly represent the goods offered. However, because many products incorporate natural materials and are viewed across a range of digital devices, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations are inherent to the materials and do not indicate a defect.

- Pricing and Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Globo Designs Ltd does not store full card details and takes reasonable steps to ensure that transactions are handled safely and in accordance with industry standards.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw products where a mistake has occurred.
- Formation of Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when your goods are dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or there is reason to believe the transaction is not legitimate.
- Delivery
Globobag products are fulfilled through distribution partners located in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international logistics hubs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, or courier operations.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address you provided at checkout.
- Warranty
Globobag products are designed to meet high standards of durability and artistry. Each product is supplied with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in construction, such as defective stitching, hardware failure, or material flaws that impair the product’s intended function. It does not extend to damage caused by misuse, excessive loading, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations.
Where a valid warranty claim is established, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide an appropriate refund. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
- Returns and Consumer Rights
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty.
If goods are not as described, unfit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Globobag, including product design, branding, website content, and visual materials, remains the property of Globo Designs Ltd or its licensors. These materials may not be used without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Globo Designs Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Globobag products or website services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
