- Our Approach to Returns
At Globobag, we design products to meet high standards of durability and usability. However, we understand that a product may occasionally be unsuitable, and this policy explains your rights and the process for returning goods.
This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect your statutory rights.
- Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. This is commonly referred to as the cooling-off period.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by contacting globosupport@globobag.com within 14 days, clearly stating your order number and intention to return the item.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items should be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging, tags, and accessories where possible. You may inspect the product as you would in a retail environment, but excessive handling that reduces resale value may result in a deduction from the refund.
We recommend returning items using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please get in touch with us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable remedy.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer law. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return costs.
- Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. We aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 business days, although your payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law, but enhanced or express delivery options are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Items Not Eligible for Return
We may be unable to accept returns of products that show clear signs of prolonged use, misuse-related damage, or alterations made after delivery. This does not apply to genuinely faulty items.
- Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange system. If you wish to obtain a different product, the original item should be returned for a refund and a new order placed separately. This ensures clarity of transactions and stock availability.
- Warranty Returns
Where a product develops a manufacturing fault within the 12-month warranty period, the matter will be handled under our Warranty Terms rather than the standard returns process. Our team will guide you through assessment, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
